Fini the Dog needs a home
Fini is a neutered male terrier mix, about 30 pounds and approximately 1 year old. He currently lives in a foster home with a doggie door, but even when the door is closed he is very good about waiting to go outside to potty. He is crate trained, likes children best, and is gentle when taking food. He walks very well on a leash but doesn't really know any commands yet like "sit". Fini is very fearful of people in general and learning to work t...hrough his fears. In spite of his fears of being approached by people he has a desire to be near people that is beginning to show through. He is a kind, gentle and calm spirit underneath his fear issues and continued love, patience and working with him so he grows confident will bring out the wonderful family member he is meant to be.
Fini's adoption fee of $125.00 includes his microchip, spay and current DHPP and Rabies vaccine.
He currently lives with 5 other dogs and a cat. He doesn't show much interest in the cat, and he plays with all the 5 dogs. He is shy when being introduced to new dogs but with proper introductions he does fine. He is very submissive to other dogs by nature.
Fini is still learning what items are appropriate to chew on and which ones are not, but he loves toys and bones and redirecting him to chew on those is easy.
